Nothing ever gets deleted. It is like karma. ;)

I have also been looking for the delete button, but not found it. I think you have to request the removal. You may just edit your thread and remove the content (if you made the thread recently), and maybe state "please remove".

As a general rule once it is on a site it becomes the property of that site. We try our best at times to remove or edit things that a member might have posted that is of a deeply personal content. This is only done on a case by case look see.

What many do not understand is that even if we here on SF remove a post for you that does not mean its gone fully from the internet. There are things called "Bots" that do random content searches to help the ratings of sites that will tag things and connect them to you in some way or to the site you posted it on.

Example of this is at times as simply as Goggling your User Name and see what comes up, or your E Mail Address, or even you first and last name.
