the light in my dream
 

Hello,
My name is François. I'm a new member. I hope my message will get to you. I'd like to talk about something I've been experiencing for many years now. I do some relaxation everydy day, about 30 minutes. That's no big deal but it allows me to be more relaxed in this stressfull society. I've also noticed that I can feel what I can only describe as a beam of light getting into my head, my shoulders and my torso. It happens when I go to bed, at a moment where it is easier to empty one mind. I felt that thing hundreds of times. It feels like the best moment of the day. It has an impact on my dreams, they are more luminous, I often see the river, and natural scenes where everything is serene. I don't have the feeling of getting out of my body, though.
I've talked about it to many people, suggesting that they try to do the same thing. I've never received any reaction from them, like they don't know what I'm talking about. I got the feeling that some of you can help me understand the phenomena. Is it an illusion? Am I deluding myself? Thanks a lot and have a nice day.
