Too many symbols/images too confusing
 

When i meditate i get tons of symbols and images, not sure if this is apart of channeling, but they are too crazy and too many to make any sense, how can i fix this?

Maybe you should meditate with the intention to understand the images ?

Before the meditation, with open eyes, tell yourself (slooowly), you want to understand the images better. Then Meditate.

It is absolutely normal for little chunks in your mind to appear when you will try to keep your thoughts still. You have to lay back and "observe" them. More objectivity. Try not to understand them, but let them pass. Ignore them and they will let you in peace
