The light

I'm trying to learn more about the light- the astral? light that I see either unintentionally, or at times by will. I've been looking around to find a thread that has mention of it and I'm falling short. Any suggestions as to where I can read experiences with this?

There are threads on the Light in "Meditation".
Also, they may start out with "the Third Eye".
