Acne? From healing?

This year I have done alot of healing and growing. Especially in the last few months/weeks. It seems to keep getting more and more intense. I am ok with all of this and have released an awful lot.

However, I have acne and multiple spots coming through on my face. I have always had pretty good clear skin and felt it may be a symptom of my healing work. I can't think any other reason. Is this possible?

This is totally possible and normal! It is a sign that your body is de-toxing :) That is if you are staying away from dairy and other foods that clog up your system.

Of course, skin is the largest organ of the body and toxins usually cleanse through skin. As you have done a lot of cleansing ... I think its a normal process and if you give it a time, it will eventually get better... sooner or later. Practice more self love, its seems very general suggestion and simple, but the less you stress and more you love yourself and welcome every thought and feeling you have, the more love and openness you give to Your Self. If you are in resistance or feel angry you will block the natural flow of life... and usually the negativity creates impurities.

Yes I third detoxing. Also stress in general can do that. You can speed up the process with herbal detox teas to help cleanse your liver (skin problems come from the liver or so I was taught!)
