Reiki Level Two here so far.
-William Lee Rand's teachings/manual from my level one teacher
- Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho Levels 1&2 from my second Reiki teacher
-I fell out of daily self practice but will use it for spot treatments on myself as needed, usually without symbols, just plain old intention
-Practiced on 5 people in person and a few distance sessions for others
