Was in two places whilst dreaming
 

Hi ages ago i was a sleep and i was dreaming but then i noticed that i was also aware of my bed and how relaxed i was all whilst i was still having the dream both at the same time, i didn't leave my body as i haven't knowingly done this but wondered if any one else has had this happen too? sure was interesting though.

Yeah. Very confusing. Those are the kinds of dreams I have the most trouble writing down. Being in two places at once or dreaming the dream from two different perspectives happens sometimes as well and it's hard to flesh out who's who and to give an accurate account of what happened. I honestly just opt out of writing these kinds of dreams down most of the time.

my guess is that your awareness was expanded and you were somewhere between sleep and reality.

Yes i thought that, but is that then astral projection i am not knowledgeable on this subject.
