Would/Could A Spirit Communicate Via Picture?
 

Like if hypothetically a picture winked at you or someone saw something else they couldn't explain through a deceased person's picture, would that mean said spirit (or another one) is trying to communicate with them? Has anyone ever experienced this?

Short answer -Yes.
A spirit may choose this way of communication because it is 'close to the heart'.. or/and an easy way in, for both cases whether its a passed relative etc, or a random spirit. .... so to speak.
Can't say I've ever seen a photo wink at me, but spirits presence can be felt through this means for sure.
