Book of Prayers
 

I keep several spirals which I call my "Books of Prayers." I express my positive thoughts in them for myself, my family and my friends. I would not call them journals.

Does anyone do anything similar?

Lately, I've been very bad with writing. I used to do this everyday. I think I need better time management.

Yes. It's verging on writing one's own Holy Book, which everyone involved in spiritual/self development should do!
