Will a person that was murdered and (murder has not been solved) would their spirit be unable to move on to the next phase ? Or wouldn't they ? Electronic device was used to hear him and he also came through as an orb.

It's difficult to generalize. All spirits are different just as they were in life. Some people can face the worst tragedy and are able to move on in a surprisingly short time while other people may have the same tragedy, completely fall apart and can never move on.

In both cases the next phase is eventually reached. Some murdered spirits may move on quickly while others linger for years or they may be drawn back from time to time but I think eventually all will pass into the next phase.

That gives me peace of mind. It happened to my neighbor's son, who was married with three small children. It has been five years now and is still a cold case.
