Hi all, despite of all readings I m still unable to understand and explain vacillating intuition? Could somebody help ?

I think my question was not clear enough. Let me rephrase it.
How one will behave if he has letters only in vacillating intuition column?
I know about sum of no's and count of alphabets how many are they and no 1,2,3 says what?
What I mean creative means how imaginative and creative a person is and grounded means how practicle r u , but what does vacillating intuition mean????
