Affects of Being pulled out
 

What are the affects of being pulled out by someone? Is there a difference between a Spirit person or a friend who's astral projecting pulling you out?

Just currious of how trying to pull someone out affects them.

And is it difficult to pull someone else out of their body? Even with their consent?

I don't know if it's possible but I almost had OBEs without trying to induce them myself. But everytime I was pulled I decided not to have the experience since we have free will. But I guess maybe there's a chance others have the power to pull us but to an extent?

I recently got into crystals and I read that whenever dealing with seeking our guiding angels or higher consciousness that we should have a grounding crystal at our feet to keep us grounded.
Is it possible for a person to go to far with an OBE that is beyond returning to our bodies? I heard that sometimes people using psychedelic drugs can go to far and are lost out there somewhere. I never did hard drugs because of that fear. I am a little concerned when seeking my higher consciousness states.
I am new to a lot of this and I hope to learn here from people's experiences.
