It’s not a delusional voice kind of thing. I am really a medium. It seems after reading several of the posts in various threads on here that a few people are having some problems with entities. Which is sad. My situation is pretty complicated.

@Compendium, I saw your post in a healing topic. I am technically a healer, but haven’t been able to work with it due to all the craziness that is going on. I am sorry for all things you went through and agree 100pct with you and Saturnine about medications. Side effects have always been a concern for me. If you are interested in Reiki, you should get attuned. Make sure you go to a reputable Reiki Master for your classes and attunments.

Yes, Black tourmaline does work as do other protective crystals, but temporary. It depends on the vibration of the entity in my experience. I do love the crystals though.

Oh sweety no one thinks you are delusional. My daughter hears and sees spirits too so I get what you are going through. I had to convince my daughter she wasnt crazy poor thing. Have you tried orgonite? You can make it yourself it is super easy can usually be made for less than 30$ and you can put multiple protection crystals in it along with copper chips and copper symbols. It will strengthen your aura and the different crystals will work for many different energies plus you can put sage in the resin as well. You can even carry it in your pocket or wire wrap it into a charm. If you want directions just let me know.

Somethings that have helped my daughter: She is a teen and like most teens she has a tendency toward negative thoughts. I have put her to work focusing on raising her vibration by thinking positive. This has helped her not be a magnet to negative energies

I have also been working on having her meditate. Which is also working.

She has things in the past that scream at her so when things like that come around she uses ear buds whenever she can.

I will do some research. I know you have done it too, but sometimes one can find things others cannot. I worry about you as I am sure this is dragging you down and thats not fair.

This site covers an array of ways to protect yourself. White light meditation is very good and I usually put an outer layer of gold energy too. Something my guides have guided me to do.

My grandmother was very sensitive and one thing she always had was one of those decorative cinnamon broom things by her door. The old wives tale is that a spirit will be compelled to count the bristles. Same thing with salt they are supposedly compelled to count the grains. If you have tried all this let me know I will look for more stuff.

A bit late to this conversation, but I have been meaning to reply. My medication seems to actually be helping me figure out my gift! I used to only hear a female voice who wanted just to make me get hurt. I once had a conversation with her and a male voice, but she pushed him away. Now that I am on my medication she is gone (or at least calm) and I can sense and hear other spirits.

My only problem now is I disclosed to my husband that I hear spirits, and he says I need to go back and gets my meds changed. He thinks I need more to make all the voices go away. I don't want to do that though because I want to talk to these spirits. They need me and I need them. I don't need more medication...

I am not sure if I am a medium too. I am dealing with a number of abilities. I might be a psychic. Don't know. Had a phase with non-physical people hanging around talking. One of my various openings. I closed down many times also. Best lowering aids so far: Treatment for fibromyalgia, PTSD: Duloxetine. I can perform but am not too hyper sensitive. And eating meat ;) Also heard from Lisa Williams that she wears hats to disable a connection.
