Visualization
 

I'm curious to know if people do visualizations as part of their meditation or, if they separate these practices. I tend to have visualizations throughout my meditations and see that might be contrary to the way some other do it.

As well, what do people do while visualizing to detail their scenes?

I suppose it depends on the type of meditation you use, visualization is the same process but different subject/object!
I meditate on a black screen,push all thoughts away when, not if, they intrude,so I visualize a black screen to suit my samartha meditation technique.
