Reincarnation & Soul Development
Hi everyone, I'm new so bare with me but the other day I was told that I am an "old soul" but started looking the subject up online and I think I'm more of a "mature soul". Just wanted to know if anyone could explain this a little better versus me just reading random websites from Google?
I don't know much about the subject and I want to know if there's a way to find out how old my soul is and if there's any significance to that. If anyone can shed some light on this subject that would be awesome. Thanks!:hug3: |
There is a website that explains a soul's journey and the developmental stages.
http://personalityspirituality.net/a...-the-35-steps/ I'd reccomend a book called "Afterlife" by Michael Eaton, it explains pastlives as well as in between lives. |

I think I'm at the beggining of the old soul stage, I relate to the mature one, but the old soul rings with me best. I do have a question though, my younger sister is magenta, says she is an old soul but more so reminds me of the young soul. What do you think of this? |
It is an amazing website Colhad! Thanks so much for sharing :)

I was told by a healer I work with that soul and spirit are not the same, though most of us use the words interchangeably to designate the individualized god aspect that indwells humans and animals... perhaps plantlife as well. He said the soul is a temporary unit created as a conduit for the spirit, so that it might transduce its energy sufficiently to take up residence in corporial form of a body. The soul lives one life and dies when the bodyh dies. The spirit, on the other hand, is eternal and goes on with all it's memories intact, life-time after lifetime, ad-infinitim. Although it was the first time I had heard the concept, it felt right and true to me and I now accept that that is indeed the way it is. So the spirit is the individualized portion of the God-head, while the soul is a vehicle created so that that spirit might inhabit human form. The spirit is too vast to be contained in corporal form, and the soul allows a portion of it to do so for the duration of a single incarnation

Cool, thanks for the link! I'm reading it now.. there's definitely a lot of information there. I am definitely a mature soul now that I am reading more into it. My question now for you guys is.. in what stage is your soul? It might be interesting to see where every one is at.

I was thinking about this and found another site: http://www.soundstrue.com/quiz/instruction/index.html
It's a quiz on what kind of soul you are |
There's also a number of videos on Youtube with Michael Newton conducting an interview. Michael Newton is a renowned pastlife regression expert who has written a number of books on the subject.

I think you should listen to your younger sister  maybe she just feels younger to you because she might be younger, that is not the same as she is young. Hope that made sense. |
Thanks for this link! I really enjoyed learning what kind of soul I am and it was very accurate!
