Improve vision with some sort of method?
 

I just lost my glasses and I'm bored of wearing them anyways.

I want to know if there are ways I can naturally improve my eyesight. I have done almost all the methods including Bates method and the one where you read at a farther distance plus eye exercises, palming, isochronic tones, etc.

But, since I never saw an significant improvement in a week or so I stopped doing them.

I believe I need to stick with one method and just keep doing it everyday despite not seeing a significant improvement. Has anyone realigned their eyesight to the natural state with any methods? Is there any eye exercises you can suggest for me to do everyday so I can stick to a schedule and not quit this time?

Just do exercises for eyes. Look up, down, to the left, to the right, do some circles. But the most important to do it every day. If you do it regularly, you will see a result.
