Where can I get practice?

I have the gift of telepathy, maybe not the strongest of gifts, but it's there and I don't know where to look for anyone to practice with. Where do I go? I am trying to develop my gift of telepathy so any tips and help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone would like to be telepathy practice partner/penpal let me know please!
