Oil pulling and dreams
 

Hey all,

Just wanted to spread the word. I have been oil pulling every morning for a few weeks (with great results, may I add).

I tried a few days on and off of oil pulling at night before bedtime, about an hour before going to sleep. I just wanted to eliminate toxins before going to sleep, but every single time I would oil pull at night, I would have very intense, vivid dreams, and most of those nights I would have lucid dreams. Maybe y'all should give it a go?

If you don't know what oil pulling is, please research it. There is too much to say on the benefits here.

Thanks for sharing, that actually sounds awesome! Will have to try it at night, it pulls everything to the surface physically so it makes sense it'd brings emotional toxins to the surface as well :p Riiiight?
