EFT - Envy, jelousy self hatred
 

Are there any videos to be found on EFT for the above ?
Also does EFT actualy let you process and adress emotions or is it just rewiring the brain ?

You can process and address emotions through EFT by using the matrix imprinting... best done with therapist... very good for what you need...

That's a really good description of it for people who are just hearing and learning about it. Several months ago when I first heard of it, I didn't try it because nobody explained it all that well.
