i never dream
 

hey guys! i never remember my dreams. i get synchronisities from time to time, and see lghts and my third eye is starting to activate, sometimes i can feel it really good and with mushrooms it was activated a whole night, sick experience. i am working on opening my third eye, but i never get visions, i never remember my dream (had a traumatic child experence and nightmares every night as a kid). Really hope anyone can help me! Thank you soooo much - Love - August.

my guess is that your past trauma triggered the nightmares, and that
you'd developed the means to block out recognition of your dreams so
as to stop the reverberations of your trauma echoing in those nightmares.
through trusting that your dreams will be a means of assisting your
development, and not a source of distress, you might enable yourself
to relax your self-imposed restrictions of dream recall.
one technique you might employ for remembering dreams would be to
remain in bed for an extended period after awakening... probably at
least a half hour or so. just relax and allow your mind to revisit the
ideas you'd experienced recently, and replay the scenes for you.

I don't know why I am not able to remember my dreams

there's probably no reason for not remembering them.
it might simply be that there's been no reason for you
to have recall... remembrance of your dream activities may
not have been important in assisting you in your waking life.
