Why am I always so tired after self reiki

I want to keep doing self healing reiki treatments. But I'm always sooo exhausted I can barely stay awake after doing a treatment for myself. Does this ever stop? I have only been attuned since November, and stopped in December due to the extreme fatigue, picked it up yesterday and same thing

Thanks

Drawing in light for healing can have a cleansing and detoxing effect on the body. It's almost like the energetic version of a massage where afterwards you're meant to take it easy and drink plenty of water.

I don't mind doing a self-treatment before bed and does put me in that sleepy mood. You could try around that time and see if you wake up refreshed.

You could also try keeping some crystals that help with the physical symptoms of fatigue, bloodstone is one example. And if not look into grounding stones that strengthen the root chakra.

If you're not already it helps to eat as cleanly as possible as that'll reduce the strain on your body.

Best of luck M.Tesla

I experienced the same thing after my level 1 which was fine because I was self-healing, however, after level 2 I couldn't stop yawning during healing sessions for others. Same thing after completing my Masters, I found that it was my body adjusting to the new level of vibration and it eventually stops, the more you practice
