E wast /re forest island
 

Ok , this is just a wild idea I come up with after hearing the prez. of Brzile saying why dont you reforest Europe . You start with coffer dams in the ocean a few miles off the main land . After you pump out the sea water you fill it with e wast , plastic , trash , any thing that cant re cycle . Toxic stuff gets sealed in concreete . You top it with about 50 feet of soil and plant trees and grass . You can also build houses for eco staff to keep the place going . Now maby if would not work , or no one would want to put any money in to some thing like this .

Reforestation is a great idea. Britain used to be covered in forests but it has only 13% forest cover now. Europe mainland has about 35% forest cover. The more trees the better IMO.
