2 lights merging into 1
 

I went for a past life regression last year but only now it made me question this; I saw after my death in my previous life I went to a beautiful garden and there my ex boyfriend (in this life) came to me in a form of emerald coloured light and merged with me (I was also in a form of golden light).
I'm having issues with dealing with the separation (been 7 years since we separated but I still have the pain) from my ex at the moment.
anyone know what could the merging of the souls mean? By the way I used to feel like being 1 with him whenever I hugged him. I wanted to hug him so tight and just be inside him?
