I wonder if I am too sensitive vibrationally?
 

Bare with me. I am an empath. I am starting to think I am affected very easily by people and situations I encounter that are off energetically.

Like the idea maybe in studies like Buddhism where I am affected by every little wind, etc..

*But then if I come off depressed, sometime people act mean if they don't like it. Thud I go away because they seem mean!
I am dealing with so much energy I am uncomfortable with right now. I can have panic attacks too.

I've been experiencing a lot of stuff more intensely over the last year or so. It got more intense after being with and leaving someone who was psychologically and emotionally abusive. I experience a lot of really strong physical feelings, pain, pressure in my chest, feeling like it's hard to breath, like there's lead weighing on me, hard to focus, etc. I've been told I have PTSD and CPTSD from the experiences I went through. I allow the feelings to be and pass but it's exhausting to deal with. I've learned a lot on youtube about the psychology of these experiences and the understanding has helped make it a bit easier. Just letting it unfold trying to maintain trust and acceptance regardless of what my body is feeling. Trying to figure out what is mine to keep and what I can let go of. (sending love)
