Essential oil to prevent energy drain
 

Hello,

It's my first post in this subforum.

I work with crystals for more than 20 years, and I go through every new thread in the "crystal area" since I joined this forum. I know how hard can be to give a short answer to someone who is new to the subject and comes with a specific question. There are thousands of crystals and during the time we develop our own approach since crystals become a part of our life. I guess the same analogy could be applied to aromatherapy and essential oils, too, and I am new to this subject.

I really need your opinion - I "received" a message that I need essential oil to prevent energy drain. Can't say for sure, but something like Cactus oil...

I'm sorry for my dummy style question, but I would be really grateful for your help.

I don't know anything about cactus oil, but there's oils for protection and others for energy/energizing. Sage oil is purifying, and an oil that I personally use on a regular basis :)

Thank you so much, I find it very helpful.
I like aromatherapy and work with essential oil, but never really get deep into the subject. I take wild oregano oil on a regular basis for many years, I find it's a hidden treasure. To keep space fresh, French Lavander, with just a drop of Clove and Pepper oil. It's like with everything else, needs experience and knowledge.

Hi Errol,
I study aromatherapy and essential oils so I think I can be of some help here. If you have a sprouts farmers market near you, they tend to have some decent oils you can use.
Below I will list a very easy blend that you can make to help protect you and prevent energy drain.

1ml roller bottle (they usually sell these at sprouts as well)

5 drops Orange
4 drops Lemon
4 drops Eucalyptus
2 drops Sage

You will also need to get some Jojoba oil. Add the drops into the roller ball vial and then fill with jojoba oil.
Do not apply this to large areas. Stick with the wrists and behind the ears. Do not apply this blend and then go sun tanning, it can cause photo sensitivity. Also if you are an epileptic, I don't recommend you use the above blend.
Alternatively, you can simply do some inhalations of just Sage if you feel like your energy is being drained to clear any negativity.
