That is very interesting about the Yoga. I am curious to know more about that because that sounds more like what Sadhguru talks about. I watch him on YouTube. Your name is so close to his name. I am curious to know about the Art of Living. I knew there has to be a side of yoga that is not physical based on how these people talk about it. It is still a mystery to me since I never heard the details.
