Getting my level 1 attunement soon...
 

Don't really know what to expect! My local college does the course for £65 so I decided that I'm going to go. I've been told that I can heal for a while, and I find reiki quite interesting so I thought I'd give it a shot and see how I go.

What are everyone else's experiences of their first attunement and when they began healing? What should I expect?

Attunements are very personal, as in they're unique. My first wasn't soul-rending or anything, but I found that my need for caffeine and desire for alcohol simply disappeared after it. I just didn't want or need any. So just go with the flow and let it happen.
