Sodarshan Chakra Kriya Meditation
 

has anyone done this meditation before? i can not do it with 3 stomach pumps but only one stomach pump and have to mentally chant wha-hey-guru super fast or else i feel like i am suffocating. is it just as effective with one stomach pump as opposed to 3 pumps?

well.... can you explain why you can NOT do the 3 pumps? is it a medical reason?

i have same problem. my navel is just numb and im unable to pump, but i can do all other steps perfectly effortlessly 2 hours...
can someone give some insight, can it still be beneficial without pumping and why this numbness
i dont have any medical problems
