Difference between astral projection and astral travel
 

Is there any difference between the 2?

astral projection/travel is an expansion of consciousness. You don't actually leave your body, your consciousness expands.

Astal projection you project and astral travel either projectd or it by consciousness as part of your dream.

Are there any differences in the terminology of Projection and Astral Travel ?

In my mind, travel is walking the astral plane. Where projection would be just in your own conciousness. I have heard people refer to it even as a spirit realm.
