Alchemy
 

I was meditating awhile back and heard the word "alchemy" come into my meditation.

If you heard this, what would it mean for you and how would you give it life?

Transmutation.

There are several possibilities. Maybe, transmute sexual energy into psychic energy.

Yeah, transmutation was the first thought that came into my mind, too, when you mentioned alchemy it brought to mind an Eckhart Tolle quote (from 'The Power of Now', if I remember rightly): 'Become an alchemist. Transmute base metal into gold, suffering into consciousness, disaster into enlightenment.' What he's talking about is the power of awareness, transforming whatever is unresolved in you by simply bringing your attention to it - in this context, it would make sense that the word would arise in your consciousness while you were meditating.

I'm sure there are other possibilities, but that's what came to my mind :smile:
