Group meditation results
 

I was sitting next to a lady who had what appeared to be a panic attack. She was on my left. We were sitting facing the wall so even if we opened our eyes we still would not have seen others.

My left ear felt warm and I had initially thought it must have been the lamp in the corner (although a long shot). After meditation we talked and the lady on my left said she felt like her blood was boiling and she had to exit the room to take deep breaths.

What was also interesting was that I was very emotional during sitting and felt like weeping or laughing. In fact tears rolled down my face majority of the time. I put it down to being extremely unsettled.

The lady on my left started to say that perhaps I was the cause of her blood boiling (anxiety attack), though the zen master said it was likely projection.

Can anyone shed some light please?
