Chest and neck redness
 

Hello! When I connect to spirit, whether during a reading or when I randomly get information from a spirit, my chest and neck tend to get very red. Has anyone experienced this? Does this have to do with my energy? Sometimes, while talking with people (not about anything to do with spirit), the same thing will happen, which I initially thought could be related to anxiety. However, in both instances, it feels the same. Any insight would be appreciated. :)

I have a friend who experiences this neck and check flushing when her anxiety acts up. Perhaps it's possible that the energy you experience during readings presents itself in the same way as anxiety?
