The Moosewood Cookbook. There really are so many - Ten Talents, also, Deaf Smith... There are so many good Tofu books and 'Vegetarian Epicure' is fantastic. Then you have so many Indian cookbooks!! :smile: |
If you have a bit of cooking skill Veganomicon is a real winner.

One book that you must not miss: River Cottage Veg Everyday by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.

The Higher Taste, and Food for Thought, sorry unable to post links yet, but there are a couple with the same title as the latter, it is the less common one I used to have a copy of, I recall the egg free apple sauce cake, and soda bread, both done using the microwave were good, also paneer recipes from the Higher Taste were good.
