Energy work
 

Lately I have been noticing that when my third eye is absorbing or sacral energy is building up, I become tired. What can cause these cases? Also I have instances when certain people are around, I feel that tired feeling. They seem like good to people. Positive words and vibes from this person, I even feel our souls have corded to each other which causes this phenomenon at times. With bliss, hidden joy inside...

For example, my sexual energy is building but I am not releasing it... so why am I tired?

You could try a grounding meditation. I'll imagine that my legs are like roots in the ground and they're pulling in some energy into me. It seems to make me feel more energized and calm.

But I havn't figured out how to not get tired around people. Coming in with a positive attitude helps, but I can't keep that up forever.

The tiredness would be the result of your energy shifting or changing. It can tire you out. It could be, in the case of a person, they are taking on your energy without realizing it, or in some cases do realize it. Such as the case of psychic vampires for instance.

These are things that an empath will encounter in their day to day activities. Spirit can also do that too. There energy can pull off of your energy. Some times it just happens accidentally.

Shielding, and grounding can help tremendously with this. It won't stop it all, but it will help. As can carrying grounding or shielding crystals.

Your aura extends out many feet around you in every direction. So it's always coming in contact with other energy fields. Which is what you are feeling.

If you have a buildup of energy in a certain area, it could cause you fatigue as your energy goes out of a balance. Until you release the buildup.
