i love reflexology!!!!! I had issues with tight shouldar blade and plantar facitiis in my foot. Reflexology did help me feel better but it was a long process to help me feel better 2 years later I'm still not 100% but reflexology, chiropractor and accupunture a lil of everything at different times i'm doing better no more limping.

Reflexology- helped with circulation and reduced the inflamation. It also seemed to help with release. The Therapist would press on my front part of shouldar and chest next to underarm part and when she put pressure I just wanted to cry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not because it hurt but it was like a emotional release spot. I didnt cry thought only in my mind did i yell and release-lol!

I've almost feel asleep a few times but dont allow myself because I snore-lol!

I've read that some reflexologist can tell what illnesses a person has by massaging but mine only does the therapy and will only say your hips are really tight or i feel a huge knot. I love going and feel very relaXED

absolutely sparklen1 - you can diagnose - or get a hint of something being wrong with reflexology - would always encourage more investigations and not to assume that just because it appears there is a problem somewhere there definitely is, and also to check out what might be done.

Eactly I am a Reflexologist too, if I find an indication of some problem outside of my expertise I will refer on... That is how it works...
I have to say if its taken you 2 years to feel a real benefit, you might want to change your Reflexologist and please check their qualifications...
Most people would have responde in a week or two...

reflexology often focuses on foot reflexology...
but some one suggests about 18 total ..ears ..hands etc

maybe the foot reflexology emphasis is about foot fetishes :)
