Coin Toss
Hello
Has anyone tried using a coin for divination? This might be the simplest way to get a "Yes" and "No" answer. Lepus |
yes
u cud say i hav iv had heds for no talses for yes |
there's a similar practice i've heard of.
when an A or B question is posed, and you're unsure of which path to take, you flip the coin, and just before revealing it you take notice of which answer you're "pulling for". then, it doesn't matter which side came up because you know what you really want to do. |
It depend's on the question and your faith. I like to ask somebody heads or tails I find that more reliable than a coin
When having urges to smoke a cig I would ask and the coin always told me to do it. I feel spirit will eventually give you the answer you want over the truth epically when you already know the answer yur self. Pendulums work the best for me and angel cards too! |
yes for taless i say
no for heds i do |
Hi,
Thanks for sharing everyone. I was thinking of using two coins for 'yes' and 'no' questions. The coins will have two distinct colors from each side preferably black and white. I was also thinking of combining tarot cards. Here's how I was thinking of doing this method of divination. I would write down questions on a notebook. I would go through each question out loud whilst holding my coins and let them fall on a flat surface to reveal the answer. Two black-sided coins indicates a 'no' and two white-sided coins is a 'yes', if the coins reveal one black and white, it's a maybe. I would then pull out a card for more information. I've been pretty busy lately, thus I wasn't able to try out this method. I will need to come up with questions as well. Lepus |
Hello
If you choose a coin make sure its one with a equal weight balance on each side so that the yes and no is not off balance. Example the Quarter is heavier on one side than the other so Heads comes more often than Tails. LOL my hubby (Heart) has a very nicely balanced card with T & A that is exactly balanced. Its designed for divination yes and no. Lynn |
Does a ghost blow the coin to the right choice? :D
Neat thread, I’ll have to test play  |
1 coin is the form of divination I used growing up.
2 coins give you more variations. 3 coins resonate with I Ching. |
This is really cool. Never thought of this, maybe I should try it one day!
