A question
 

How can you hear the message that is being sent to you via the heart chakra when it's coming in as that high pitched sound?

Hopefully, someone will be able to answer this b/c I'd certainly like to learn about it ...
All I know is that I heard my deceased husband's voice clearly in my head beginning at the time of his death for 5 days ending w/the funeral ...

I don't know if this helps, I began researching clairaudio as I heard a voice of a friend. Anyway I want to repeat or develop the ability now I know its there, yesterday found a website that recommends practising listening quietly to the earths sounds, realise how much you block out without thinking about it. and asking the question what else am I blocking, not hearing. not tried it yet though. maybe Ill give it a go tonight, sounds like it needs to be developed, ie not instant results.
