Rewind Technique

Has anyone heard of the rewind technique for treating PTSD? If so, What are your views on this technique and its effectiveness?

I never heard of it either, however I read about EMDR therapy (which is really simple, even easier to do than EFT), and that has a good track record with PTSDs.

i don't know about that tech...but EFT is amazing and I'm have no
doubt it works.
I do an EFT almost everyday! :wink:
Bec PTSD is so deep...you would have to do the tech more than once...
I will say that.
