. Your own body is a time piece. If you get into a routine, your body will get tired at the same time every day, and you'll wake up at the same time. Keeping that in mind with your body keeping time you notice it's getting light out sooner or staying darker longer. So you start paying attention to the change. Here's another example. Every morning I notice the bird's start to sing about 30 min before the sun starts to rise. They have there own built in clocks as well. Same with roosters. Once you really tune into nature your mind actually changes and becomes much more resptive
