Am I Experience Astral Projection?
 

I'm new to this and I have a twin flame. This is the 2nd time this has happened and I'm wondering if he could be astral projecting to me in my dreams?

In one dream he walked into the dream from out of nowhere (as if he were behind a curtain) and handed me a glass jar of nails. The thing with this is his presence in the dream and the jar had nothing to do with what I was dreaming. It was as if he was really there interupting my dream.

It happened again last night. I was dreaming I was waiting in a lobby for friends and no one was around. Suddenly I hear him call my name and he walks in the dream. It was one of those "what are your doing here" moments when I saw him. He was so real, more real than the dream figures. He stayed and had lunch with us. (In real life we had been talking about getting together just that afternoon).

Could this be him astral projecting to me? I'm interesed in opinions. This is not like a normal dream.

No. That was not astral projection or OBE. That was just a dream. You have to work to get astral projection and pass many stages to leave your physical body with your astal body still with your consciousness active. And it will be scary. A lot.

While this may not have been a normal dream, It seems as though it was just a more lucid dream than your average ones.

Astral projection is something that you will immediately know what it is because it is so different.
