I am grateful for free opportunities.

I am grateful for my warm clothes and our heaters.
I am grateful for having enough to eat, being able to choose even.
I am grateful for my computer, so that I can post here. And skype with some of my relatives sometimes.

Today I'm grateful for this lovely feeling in my body and space from meditating.
I'm also grateful for youtube and playing the songs of my teens - its making a nice whole body glow in the present moment of awareness :)

I'm just so thankful for so many things today. I have so many blessings, and so many things I'm looking forward to. I don't have words for how I feel right now.
