Best thing to do with Energy
 

I am energy sensitive and can shift energy, or direct energy to do things.
What is the best use of this energy?

Should I channel/anchor Love/Light into the Earth?

Should I send love to the beings that I care about?

Should I send love to those who need it, who are hurting?

Should I try to shift reality to make Earth more pleasant?

Should I try to shift my timeline to something more positive?

I don't want to think that I'm controlling things. Because control is negative.
You can't trick the Law of Attraction.

But I put this in chakras, because my energy channeling uses my chakras.
When I send Love, it uses my heart chakra.
When I shift reality, it uses my 3rd eye.

But I am not too effective in shifting reality. Though it does happen somewhat.

This sounds really cool, good for you! I likely don't have the best advice but wanted to comment anyways. What if you try to focus your energy on answering your question, and report the results here :hug3:

Trust your self.You've been given this ability for a reason,and only YOU know what's right for you.

Remember the reason you asked for it at first place,and go for it.There's no right or wrong with it.

I think for now I am going to channel the love of Creator through me to where it is needed among those I love. I may not know them in this life, but they are my family. To where it is needed the most, where I can resonate with.
Maybe it will help those with a trying time.

Sounds wonderful - especially "channel the love of the Creator", because then you're acknowledging where the energy comes from. If you can tap into that, I'm sure the intuitive guidance about how to use it will come also. But you have already listed many noble intentions here and I'm sure the Universe will support any and all of them.
