Astral projection?
 

Sometimes just before I sleep it feels like something inside me is shaking, and trying to get out of my body, then I feel like I'm soaring somewhere but I'm still aware of my physical body.

This actually happened to me in a hypnotherapy session, my therapist then started asking me questions and as I spoke I felt like I could have been sitting in a chair close to the ceiling! But was still sort of aware of my body and I was getting a bit confused about where my voice was coming from.

All I see when this happens is swirls, and I think a few times I may have seen faces come and go, as if they were being formed by a smoke. Most of the faces seemed friendly, nearly all had the most piercing eyes and I think I might have seen the face of a wolf before. (But occasionally I see these faces even when I simply shut my eyes for a second and not when I feel out of my body.)

Any thoughts, ideas or advice?
