Does massage create detoxification of cell memory?
 

I get a massage 1-2 times a month due to a very stressful job. I am noticing that after a massage I seem to have intense dreams about the past. I am curious if massage helps with the release of memories held within the body much like when you align the chakras? Does massage also help with realigning the chakras? I am wondering if in addition to releasing physical toxins, that it also helps release emotional toxins to be cleansed from the body. Thank you for any replies.

Hi Starchaser they say that muscle has memory and that we store emotions within our muscles so i believe that by having a regualr massage will help release emotional toxins along with toxins built up in the muscles. Yes massage i believe does help with the chakras for example Indian head massage helps with the crown chakra and throat chakra & reflexology works on all the chakras to help balance them.
