Hi all, this may or may not help you. What works for one person may not work for another person. I have noticed many years now that when my mind is relaxed I can ap. My mind feels different than normal. This morning my mind was relaxed so I knew I could ap. I let my whole body relax all at once and I could feel myself going to another place. The only problem was I could not see anything. I said I can see a few times. It worked well. I could see clearly. I say to myself I can do anything every day. It helps enormously when you ap.

Another way to determine if you are close to ap is you breathe in and out and keep doing it. Must have no other thoughts. When your breath naturally gets shorter without trying to make it shorter you know you are close to ap.
