Editing a past post
 

Is there a way to edit a past post that is not recent? If so how is this done? There is something I wish to change slightly in my wording in one of my past posts but I'm not sure how to do this or if can even be done. Please help if you know how.

the moderators could work retro-active magic, i presume, and allow for
modifications to be done. my guess is that they'd be reluctant to do so,
if only because they might get many requests to change history, requiring
a lot of effort to ensure that the changes were merely cosmetic and not
substantive.
you might consider adding a new post, with the corrections you desire, if
such a thing seems practical/warranted.
