Healing chakras on your own, dealing with blocked chakras
 

If you want to heal chakra because you have some symptoms of its blockade I recommend visualization of golden and white blinding light in the place where chakra is found.

I case of total chakra blockage (evil powers can put something on your chakra and control it). Then I used imagination of unlimited light reaching everywhere and having unlimited power, imagine that and feel that you're this light. Then a creature which blocks your chakra starts disappearing until it disappears,myopic can of course feel it.
