well i have a question i have been trying to astral project for the past two weeks i have really not gotten any where. i am not getting to vibrational stage and sometimes i feel like i need to move at times like restlessness. and also i was at my friends house one time i passed in the bathroom i thought i got back up and went back to sleep but i found out really didn't can anyone relate.

Some people will lie on their bed visulise themselves standing at the foot of the bed, and visulise energy lifting from their bodyto the ceiling and visulising drawing yourself into the energy,
i have never tried this because i do it at will.
