reiki while sick

i started 2018 with flu and cough... my question is; can apply self reiki while sick??

sure, this is what reiki is for.. to heal yourself when you are sick..

additionally, if I were you, before doing self reiki I would do a short meditation with an intention to identify the underlying causes of your sickness. Ask your high self for the reason, wait a minute and usually you get an answer. Accept this answer even the most weird would come up. Then do a self reiki with an intention to heal the cause of the sickness.

Oh, yes you can. Though remember Reiki only supports and speeds up whatever healing process is already in place, so it’s not a replacement for contemperary medicine.
