Do Something Different
 

Sometimes we can get in a routine, putting blinders on and not seeing the wonderful world we live in.

This thread will have ideas on doing something different and thinking outside the box.

Feel free to add your own ideas!

Take a different route to work this week.

Draw pencil-man collaboration collection for youth.

Easy to draw heroe.

<Wear outrageously colored socks....for fun>
I do that on a near regular basis. Maybe I'll wear boring socks instead.

Read a book that portrays an entirely different viewpoint than yours.

Walk a journey instead of getting the bus/driving

Listen to a song or two from a genre of music you haven’t tried before

Try a new recipe or eat out at a new place

Go somewhere you have never been before- and if you haven’t heard of it either even better

I never expected so much response in such a short period of time considering the forum is having problems.

Hubby and I used to travel around and just "pick" a place.

Use your opposite hand more.

Close your eyes while doing your regular morning routine.

Watch tv on mute and guess what's being said on just body language.

On an indoor day, spend the whole day completely naked.

Keep the lights off for the day.

Join a completely different forum and observe how you interact with the environment (most importantly observe whats going on internally).

Throw a major party just for yourself. Make up something and celebrate it.
